Keep in mind that the returned result is of type java.time.temporal.TemporalAccessor. If you want to parse it to a java.time.LocalDateTime, you need all necessary fields for the date in your format (and in the date string, too), if you want to parse it to a java.time.ZonedDateTime, you need to give the time zone, as well.
